President/Evangelist Felicia Brown
Felicia Brown is a missionary evangelist who loves to usher people to into the arms of Jesus. She is originally from Atlanta, Georgia and has been involved with international missions since 2008. She has been in full time missions since 2016 with 1 year as a crusade coordinator and 4 years on pastoral staff at Encounter Church in Atlanta. She founded Shine the Light Global in 2021 after graduating from the Christ for all Nations Evangelism Bootcamp. Felicia has a vision of seeing individuals come to Jesus but also entire nations. She has two sisters, 3 nephews, and 3 nieces that currently live in Georgia and Tennessee. Felicia currently resides in Kennesaw, Georgia.

Vice President/Pastor Caleb Ruthven
Caleb is the Vice President of Shine the Light. He has a passion to see people Encounter God and be FOREVER changed by the incredible goodness, power, and love of God! He was a pastor's kid, born and raised in southern New Mexico and in 2014 he was part of a team that moved from New Mexico to Metro Atlanta to plant Encounter Church. He has served as Youth Pastor of Encounter since 2019 and actively serves in various other ministries. Caleb has an MBA from Kennesaw State University and experience in recruiting, marketing, and business development. Caleb and his wife Brianna have been happily married since 2015. They have 2 kids, Joshua & Abigail.

Accountability Board
The Accountability Board provides apostolic oversight of Shine the Light Global and are charged with protecting the ministry through counsel and prayer. They may be called in to help in accountability matters related to the President if requested. An accountability board member must fit the Biblical qualifications of an elder according to 1 Timothy 3:2-7.
